Originally picked this shop because of its return policy, which states that you can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, the owner of this shop doesn’t comply with their own return policy and refuses to gives us a return address, redirecting us instead to open a case with Etsy. While the item is lovely, it’s unfortunate that the owner of this store has such poor customer service. I highly recommend you stay away from this store if you value honesty and integrity.
